Hello! Meet Sam Houston, your professional knot finder! Sam specializes in sports, neuromuscular, myofascial, and prenatal/postpartum massage. Her techniques incorporate Pin and Stretch, Active Release Therapy and Triggerpoint therapy, and she also likes to add cupping, hot stones or aromatherapy to any session. Originally from Michigan, Sam graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's in Animal Behavior, and enjoyed a life as a zookeeper in Kansas City for several years. She then decided to expand her horizons by moving to CO, where she graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts.

Sam enjoys traveling with her husband and dog, bass music, roller derby, and being outside, whether that be walking her 100lb black lab mix, going on a hike, exploring Denver, or flying her pirate ship kite! Fun fact: Sam is a twin! (one of three on LMSR’s team!)
