Returned here after trying one of those chain massage places with a membership. Ana was my therapist and the day after my massage I feel better than I have for months. This place takes massage seriously and is not like the chain places that just want your money. I highly recommend go here unless you are just getting massages to be trendy.

Don’t look anywhere else, this place has it all! I have had nothing but amazing benefits since I started going here. I’ve rid my body of all the nagging pains I used to have in my back, neck, hips and shoulders. I’ve learned ways to supplement my training, correct imbalances, prevent injury and even new exercises to keep my body healthy as I get older. I feel everyone here truly cares about me and my health. The staff is friendly, happy, outgoing and I feel relaxed and happy as soon as I walk in. I highly recommend this place whether you have an active lifestyle or not. Thank you to everyone that works here, my quality of life and athletic performance has gone up significantly!

Fantastic service – everyone is very friendly, the place is super clean and welcoming. Convenient hours and same-day appointments if needed. Will was my massage therapist, and he did a great job! He was incredibly responsive and attentive, and he also gave me some stretches to help continue my healing process. Highly recommend!

Have been a client there for a while now Each therapist delivers a very therapeutic massage sometimes advising on other therapies that will enhance your wellbeing I recently used the sauna between massage appointments and found it very beneficial

Oh my goodness, I was in to see Bill for a shoulder issue. What a difference I’d been seeing a physical therapist for months with no positive results. Whenever in need of great body work I suggest you check out LMSR.

I started visiting Littleton Massage and Sports Therapy about a month ago. The progress I have had with my chronic muscle tension and compressed nerve is huge. Every therapist is professional, the staff kind and friendly…they have so many healing modalities to offer…I highly recommend their services and am so glad I found them!

Rob was very intuitive and knowledgeable of problem areas. He helped relieve the majority of my rotator cuff pain using both massage and cupping. I have no doubt that I will continue healing and feeling better as time goes on, thanks to Rob! I hope to see him again soon! I love this business. Ammon has made literally a life changing difference with his knowledge and ability to work on a shoulder that is really messed up from long-standing injury and recent shoulder replacement. He has helped me improve range of motion and reduced pain significantly. And Gayla and Shannon up front do a great job – very helpful. Sauna is very nice and everything is super clean.

Front staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and the facility was clean yet still inviting. Chris is an excellent massage therapist, definitely not a “one size fits all” practitioner. While he takes direction very well he can still easily discover and treat areas without needing explicit guidance due to his extensive experience and knowledge. Highly recommend!
