Olivia

Hi! Olivia is the name and helping others is the game! Olivia grew up on the east coast, where she ran cross country and track in high school. After sustaining multiple injuries from these activities, her passion for understanding the human body, how to stay active, live freely, and be well began.

Olivia graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s in Human Services. She spent a few years working in elementary schools and higher education programs before finding her calling of helping people in a much more hands-on way — through massage therapy! Olivia then graduated from the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Delaware. Olivia is eager to help each and every client with their bodywork goals.

In her free time, Olivia loves listening to vinyl, dancing with her partner, running, backpacking, hiking, biking, kayaking, and anything that involves moving her body and exploring in the sun! If you share any of these hobbies, you and Olivia are sure to hit it off. Fun fact: Olivia has been skydiving!
