Dedicated to the pursuit of health and wellness since 2006, Lindsay began her new career journey as a personal trainer, group fitness and yoga instructor before moving into massage therapy. With a jumpstart on anatomy and physiology, she has spent the last 18 years cultivating her massage style with intuition, healing touch and talent, combined with a universal body, mind, spirit connection. Lindsay strives to positively impact lives daily, both mentally and physically. She specializes in integrative bodywork using Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Ashiatsu, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Stretches, Range of Motion, Dynamic Cupping, Gua Sha, Hot Stones and Fascia Blasting techniques, for a true East meets West hybrid massage experience.
Being an athlete herself, as a powerlifter, has enhanced Lindsay's massage craft, integrating knowledge of mobility, prehab, recovery and yoga into her sessions. Her bodywork helps people in all walks of life. However, it's particularly beneficial for athletes and those with active lifestyles. Lindsay is a massage therapist who can seamlessly blend a variety of massage modalities to suit a client's needs.
