Meet Rose! Rose has over 20 years’ experience in the massage field. She specializes in injury rehab massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish massage and hot stone therapy. Rose's passion is working with long term clients consistently, performing detailed muscle work, to achieve optimum mobility and results. She is skilled in creating care plans that get her clients back to their activities or sports as soon as possible.

Rose loves creating an integrated plan of care for her clients, after listening to their needs. She also works by intuition, finding problem areas and addressing them with the best suited modalities or techniques. Rose is a firm believer in teaching clients about the importance of self-care and exercises they can do on their own.

Fun fact about Rose, she is a huge reggae fan and loves cryotherapy. She also values family and spends most of her free time with them.
